Same album twice OOPS
But who can blame meeeeee. I love how much this remix adds to the song. I wouldn't say it's better than the original, or worse. Just, very different.
I've listened to Nine Inch Noize ?? 30 times now according to my last.fm . It bangs so hard.
I really hope they carry on with this sound, because it's perfect.
Oh my godddd.
Yeah, this album is everything I wanted and more. I don't think I'd be crazy to say there's nothing out there quite like it??
Obviously the kind of thing you can only get from this combination LOL. Obvs a How to Destroy Angels cover which makes the real awful nerds among us (ME!!!!) very happy.
Lovee hearing Mariqueen Maandig in this too ofc.
Every track on this album is great but this one has to be my choice hehe. That drop's just insane ++ I'm gonna show how I know 000 about music theory (or just , the basics of how it even works) but the difference between the choruses/ drops where the last one is just so much heavier is so OUUGH. Boyz Noize are very intricate in their work and that doesn't go unnoticed.
I'd say this definitely plays best on a high quality speaker. It's great on a nice pair of headphones, but I think a speaker makes it shine better :p
I'm very lucky to have a Roberts Stream, that's probably turning 10 years old this year ?? It has stunning sound quality for what it is. I can only imagine how hard this goes on a proper sound system.
Anyway this has put me right back on my industrial-techno kick so I've been revisiting some old favs like Rabbitjunk, it's been real nice (: So expect more of that, probably.
NIN!!!!! I have. No idea why, but this song keeps getting stuck in my head.
I'm convinced I've somehow managed to link it to the corner of my kitchen, so now everytime I go in there I'm suddenly singing this..
But yea. Omg I lurve this song. I lurve Pretty Hate Machine a lot, it's a very chill album, nice replayability and whatever.
As much as I love The Downward Spiral and The Fragile, they aren't really albums I can just wack on and listen to, because they are so heavy (emotionally I mean, not musically - heavy metal doesn't bother me lmao). Ofc the same thing as PHM goes for their later work too, lovelovelove. I mean, you'd hope so considering they're potentially my favourite band ever. I pray at the church of Trent Reznor. Maybe I should make a shrine page to them??
I am SO excited for Nine Inch Noize. I saw them in Manchester and it's one of my fave concerts (if not no 1??) I've ever been to. The sudden unexpected electronic was EVERYTHING. I fear I was dancing far more than all the metal heads near me, considering my music's very electronic first hahahahaha. I was very much in my element.
I really think Nine Inch Noize is going to be such a fundamental album with me for the rest of my life,,,,,, I know it's not even out yet but I can feel it haha. From the bits I've heard so far, it's the absolute perfect combination for me, it's everything I want from music.
OH MY GODDDDD
That kid u r my everything. Like, he gets it.
All these years on (well only like 4 but shhh) and PinkPantheress' sound is still so unique.
I remember listening to her soooo much when I worked in a cafe (of which I should probably not disclose the name of LOL), I'd hide away in the break room and listen to her singles, it was always really peacefull.
ANYWAY. I got bit by the bug to start listening to her loads again, Do you miss me basically popped into my head and demanded I listen to it.
